All goods sold by us are for home use only. They are not for commercial use unless otherwise stated.

All items are sold subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranties. We do not offer any additional warranties.Warranties do not cover identified defective items sold on an ‘as is’ basis.

REFUND POLICY

Your Rights and Responsibilities:

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
  • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
  • Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
  • Do not do the job as you were led to believe.

Please choose carefully as the following  is in accordance with the Exchanges and Change of Mind Policy.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

  • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
  • Realise you can’t afford the goods;
  • Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
  • Chose the wrong size or colour;
  • Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
  • Were responsible for causing the fault.

 If you believe your product is faulty we must be contacted within 7 days, and we will endeavour to resolve the situation within the manufacturer’s instructions.  

The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product, the price, and how long it takes you to make a claim. 

It is the responsibility and cost of the consumer to return goods to the store, in which they were purchased.

The manufacturer retains the right to determine what a manufacturing defect is and to repair or replace any product covered by this guarantee at their discretion. 

**NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN ON FACTORY SECONDS**

 

Proof of Purchase
No refunds, returns or repairs will be accepted without proof of purchase. Please keep your receipt/tax invoice.

Orders
We aim to ensure delivery dates provided by us are accurate. Unfortunately circumstances beyond our control may result in delays to the delivery dates given.
If goods you order are available for collection, you will be required to pick up the goods or have them delivered immediately.
